First REIT

What I like about it:

1. One of the highest DPU
2. DPU fixed in SGD
3. Directors bought more shares some time back
4. Healthcare relatively stable and not dependent on economic conditions

What I don't like about it:
1. Revenue largely from Indonesia. Singapore only contributes minimally to income. Not diversified enough
