K1 Ventures

Been thinking about investing in this stock which is listed in the Singapore stock exchange. Will this make a good stock investment or is it just another of my irrational buys?

K1 Ventures is a venture capitalist company. They have been paying quite good dividends over the years. The current dividends is 0.05 cents. That is a yield of close to 20% at its current price of $0.24.

Things I like about this stock:

1. Has been paying out dividends steadily.
2. Temasek Holdings is one of the main shareholders.

Things I don't like / unsure about this stock:

1. Whether the earnings is sustainable in today's market conditions.
2. Price will drop after dividends is paid out.
