Mapletree Logistics Trust

Mapletree Logistics Trust share price has been hovering around $0.935 cents. Gross revenue and net property income for the quarter rose quite a fair bit (26% year-on-year). The robust performance was largely attributed to Mapletree Logistics Trust enlarge portfolio size as well as strong organic growth of around 5%. This was backed by rental renewals and high occupation. DPU rose by 7% to 1.6 cents.
